Locations and Hours
A Note about Our Lobby Hours: On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, our lobby is closed for business from 1:00 until 2:30*. (On Wednesday we close at noon and do not reopen.) Doing this allows us to offer better customer service by remaining fully staffed until 1:00. So if you come in to do business during your lunch break, there will be no long lines and any wait will be minimal. Then we give our employees a chance to enjoy their lunch from 1:00 until 2:30. (And our drive through window remains open all day, even when the lobby is closed, and is also open on Saturday in most locations.)
* Except in Wytheville, where only the New Accounts/Loan Lobby closes each day from 1:00 – 2:00 pm
All of our locations are full service and have an ATM for 24-hour banking convenience. We also have a stand-alone ATM at Grayson County High School in Independence, VA.
