A check or debit card (with the money taken directly from your checking account) is a safe and convenient way to pay for almost anything. Grayson National Bank offers three different checking accounts to meet your needs.
Order Checks Online (current customers only)
Regular Checking
- No monthly service charge or per item transaction fees
- Account subject to our schedule of fees & charges
- Receive a monthly statement with images of all checks written in that period
- Free Debit Card
- Fund transfer available using ATM or online banking
- Overdraft Privilege Program available to qualified account holders**
NOW Checking
- Account earns interest*
- $500 minimum deposit to open and a balance of $500 must be maintained to avoid
imposition of fees - No monthly service charge or per item transaction fees if $500 minimum balance is maintained
- Receive a monthly statement with images of all checks written in that period
- Free Debit Card
- Fund transfer available using ATM or online banking
- Account subject to our schedule of fees & charges
- Overdraft Privilege Program available to qualified account holders**
SUPER NOW Checking
- Account earns higher rate of interest* than NOW Checking
- $1500 minimum deposit to open and balance of $1500 must be maintained to avoid
imposition of fees - No monthly service charge or per item transaction fees if $1500 minimum balance is maintained
- Receive a monthly statement with images of all checks written in that period
- Free Debit Card
- Fund transfer available using ATM or online banking
- Account subject to our schedule of fees & charges

** The Overdraft Privilege Program insures that any check you write is covered even when sufficient funds are not available in your account, eliminating bounced check fees charged by merchants as well as the embarrassment of re-paying the person or business involved. However, you will be charged a penalty fee by the bank for each bounced check.
